How it works

  1. Report

Office, application type and the date you applied. No name, no file number.

  2. Update

Use your private link later to add the date of the decision.

  3. Compare

For each office we calculate after how many days half of the applications are decided. Open applications count too.

No decision after more than 3 months?

Under § 75 VwGO you can file an action for failure to act (Untätigkeitsklage) if an authority does not decide within three months without sufficient reason. Whether this makes sense in your case is a question for an immigration lawyer.
